Drawing on a depth of professional experience, the presenters --  all Connecticut attorneys -- will use recent case examples and other real world stories to illustrate best practices, and potential pitfalls, in easement drafting and stewardship, monitoring, landowner relations and enforcement. 

The Connecticut Land Conservation Council's mission is to advocate for land preservation, stewardship and funding, and ensure the long term strength and viability of the land conservation community.
